Location

Central with many restaurants and shops and the bus stop a few minutes away.

Style/character - modern and practical

Service

I didn’t have much reason to interact, but once I was able to get in, check-in was swift. The hotel only has a rotating door, so there was absolutely no way of being able to walk in with 2 cases. I understand these keep the cold out, but I was stuck until a stranger offered to take one of them ahead of me.

Bathroom

There is a lot of storage around the sink area, with the full-sized liquid hand soap and body/hand cream attached to the wall. Great to see 2 dark face cloths (I suspect as people use these to remove make-up) alongside the usual white bath, hand towels, and a bathmat.

Shampoo and shower gels are also attached under the detachable shower head.

Rarely is everything in its right place like here: face cloths above the skink, hand towels underneath, and bath towels over the bathtub.

There is the proverbial wall-fixed hairdryer and a box of tissues.

The usual lack of hooks, though!

The room has a large TV on the wall, a desk and shelf with chairs, and bedside tables on both sides of the bed.

For storage, there is a collapsible luggage rack, a wardrobe with 8 quality wooden hangers, and lots of shelving, but this is another hotel without any drawers.

Adequate plug and USB points, lights and mirrors.

For refreshments, 2 each of tumblers, wine glasses and mugs plus a large regular-sized kettle beside some instant teas and coffees.

Amenities

I think there was a safe and fridge haven’t got the photos as evidence.

I did see an iron and board.

I love the self-managed luggage lockers in the lobby, which are accessed by a room key. You can collect your luggage anytime without waiting for staff.
